Step 1. Teacher assigns group and group topic/section.
Group 1: Why Do People Migrate: Cultural Reasons for Migrating p. 92-93
Group 2: Environmental Reasons for Migrating p. 94-95
Group 3: Migrating to Find Work p. 96: Economic Reasons For Migrating
Group 4: Migrating to Find Work p. 96-97: Asia's Migrant Workers and Remittances
Group 5: Gender and Age of Migrants: Gender of Migrants p. 98
Group 6: Gender and Age of Migrants: Age of Migrants p.99
Step 2. Read your section and focus on Key ideas, concepts, examples, vocabulary, provide visuals that relate to the content you are covering. You are the expert for your section and you are responsible for teaching and providing the necessary information to understand your particular section and its content.
Step 3. Create a presentation that outlines the important ideas with in your assigned sections. Write one Focus question for your section, place this question on the second slide after your group introduction. This is a question that you feel the class should be able to answer from the information you present.
