Essential Question: HOW DO GEOGRAPHERS DESCRIBE WHERE THINGS ARE?
Students will be able to demonstrate knowledge of the tools and approaches used by geographers in order to describe where things are.
Students will answer focus questions from teacher lecture, fill in notes, make connections on their Cornell notes and write a summary.
Chapter 1 Section 1 p.2 : Lecture
Classwork: Focus Questions and discussion 1-1 p.2
Homework: Cornell Notes 1-1 p.2
If time permits we will finish the mapping activity from yesterday. If time does not permit finish maps tonight as homework.
